Women Entrepreneurs in Sooke

Victoria, British Columbia January 31, 2011: The Three Strategies of the Unstoppable Woman launched in Sooke and raised $600 for the continuing education of Women Entrepreneurs in Sooke.

The event was held at the prestigious Sooke Harbour House on Friday, January 28^th, where author Britt Santowski presented the three strategies to a full house.

The cost of the event was $50, and all participants received a copy of the book, a keynote presentation by author Britt Santowski, a $25 gift certificate from the Women’s Enterprise Centre, and complementary appetizers served from the five-star kitchen of the Sooke Harbour House.

“It was an event where the community really came together,” Santowski said. “We partnered with the Women’s Enterprise Centre since we both shared the passion to see women entrepreneurs succeed. The event was sponsored by three key community players: the Sooke Harbour House, The Mortgage Centre, and Mason Financial. And about 17 local companies stepped up to provide a generous array of door prizes and coupons. No one left the event empty handed.”

The Three Strategies of the Unstoppable woman catapulted onto the Amazon best-seller lists in early December, 2010, and continues to enjoy best-seller rank on Amazon.ca within the Women and Business Category.

On December 30, 2010, the prestigious Cambridge Who’s Who recognized the book’s author, Britt Santowski, for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in writing.

Of the thousands of books out there that purport to make you richer, smarter, better or more spiritual, there are few which allow you to tap into your own inner strength and wisdom.

Sooke resident Britt Santowski has penned a controversial book, The Three Strategies of the Unstoppable Woman, which has catapulted onto the best seller lists at Amazon.com and Amazon.ca.

The book is written for women in business, entrepreneurs if you will, but it goes beyond that category.

“It’s unique on several fronts,” says Santowski. “It’s not your typical self-help book where many authors hold the answer. I say you hold the answer, the reader is the expert.”
